Job summary

Pinnaql, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for life sciences consulting teams. You will partner with sales and HR to finalize hiring demands, craft job descriptions, manage ATS requisitions, post openings, and source top candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring.
• At least 3 years recruiting in life sciences manufacturing (pharma, devices, biotech).
• Experience recruiting hourly professional consulting positions.
• Strong professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Handle hiring requests with Sales to finalize demands, JDs and timelines.
• Develop Job Descriptions aligned with HR policies.
• Enter requisitions into ATS and manage postings on LinkedIn and other sites.
• Source passive/active candidates and approach openings.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, assign tests, and coordinate assessments.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring process and candidate experience.
• Communicate offers, negotiate when needed, and update newcomer records.
• Maintain candidate communications and provide timely status updates.
• Advertise openings and participate in job fairs to build talent pools.
• Track TA metrics and produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
