Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator to support recruiting and HR processes.

You will assist with administrative tasks, organize candidate and employee records, and help coordinate interviews and onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR/talent acquisition, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support TA and HR administrative activities and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate TA-to-HR handoffs and ensure all required information is complete.
• Maintain and organize candidate and employee documentation.
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate data across ATS, HR systems, and trackers.
• Perform routine follow-ups, status tracking, and reporting on outstanding activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and other hiring-related activities as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and take on delegated tasks to boost efficiency.

The Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, helping ensure efficient recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support TA and HR administrative activities and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate TA-to-HR handoffs and ensure all required information is complete.
• Maintain and organize candidate and employee documentation.
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate data and information across ATS, HR systems, and trackers.
• Perform routine follow-ups, status tracking, and reporting on outstanding activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and other hiring-related activities as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and take on other activities that can be delegated from the TA and HR teams to improve efficiency and allow the teams to focus on higher-priority activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HR systems preferred.
