Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in HR or recruiting, plus bilingual English/Spanish and strong organizational skills.

You will manage applicant tracking, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and maintain documentation across HR systems. MS Office proficiency and ATS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong organization and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Experience with ATS/HR systems and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support TA and HR administrative activities and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate TA-to-HR handoffs and ensure information is complete.
• Maintain and organize candidate and employee documentation.
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain data across ATS, HR systems, and trackers.
• Produce routine follow-ups, status reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and other hiring activities.
• Provide general administrative support to TA and HR teams.

Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, helping ensure efficient recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support TA and HR administrative activities and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate TA-to-HR handoffs and ensure all required information is complete.
• Maintain and organize candidate and employee documentation.
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate data and information across ATS, HR systems, and trackers.
• Perform routine follow-ups, status tracking, and reporting on outstanding activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and other hiring-related activities as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and take on other activities that can be delegated from the TA and HR teams to improve efficiency and allow the teams to focus on higher-priority activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HR systems preferred.
