Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations professional to lead Integrated Business Planning, demand and supply planning, and S&OP for biopharma and med tech clients. You will design governance and operating models, coordinate with commercial, regulatory, and quality teams, and drive improvements across manufacturing networks.

You will manage complex programs, engage executive leadership, and apply AI-enabled planning tools to modernize life sciences supply chains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Biopharma, Med Tech, CDMO/CMO or related Life Sciences sectors.
• Minimum of 2 years external consulting or 5 years internal consulting at Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Find solutions to life sciences supply chain and planning challenges — including demand volatility, CMO/CDMO capacity constraints, regulatory holds, and lifecycle complexity.
• Spot and solve challenges using analytical and strategic skills to analyze data and compare with industry peers.
• Lead workshops to improve organizations and processes.
• Determine methods and procedures to use when completing projects.
• Provide clients insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficiently.
• Lead small to medium teams with diverse backgrounds and coach others.
• Support delivery of generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable use cases.
