Job summary

Accenture is hiring a consultant to drive end-to-end Planning transformation within our Life Sciences practice. You will lead large-scale projects across planning and AI-enabled transformation, partnering with pharma, biotech and MedTech clients to redefine supply chain capabilities.

Travel up to 75% in this role. The position requires 3+ years in supply chain, 3+ years in integrated planning, and 1–2 years in consulting. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience in Biopharma, Medical Devices/Med Tech, CDMO/CMO, or Life Sciences sectors.
• 1+ year external consulting or 2+ years internal consulting at Manager level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery of business and technology transformations by leveraging deep Planning and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Understand business value levers for Planning reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and related value chains.
• Build and apply knowledge to support selling opportunities to clients.
• Engage in project delivery with hands-on work, leading work products, mentoring others.
• Communicate effectively to manage internal and external relationships and deliver with excellence.
• Support practice and people development alongside day-to-day delivery.
• Deliver generative AI and agent-based modeling for scalable Planning insights.
