Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Accenture, is seeking a Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations professional to lead end-to-end planning across biopharma and med tech client networks. The role focuses on IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization to ensure GMP-compliant, patient-centric supply chains.

You will guide strategic planning, governance, and operating models while engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Experience with biopharma, medical devices/med tech, CDMO/CMO, or related Life Sciences sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find solutions to clients’ life sciences supply chain and planning challenges, including demand volatility and capacity constraints.
• Lead workshops and client engagements to improve processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate IBP/ S&OP decisions into actionable short-horizon execution plans and drive adoption across client teams.
• Drive AI-enabled planning capabilities and digital analytics to modernize planning operations.
• Travel 10-75% as required to serve client needs.
