Accenture is seeking a Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations professional to lead end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and demand/supply planning for biopharma and medical devices clients. You will drive S&OP cycles, implement governance models, and collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to optimize patient-centric supply chains.

You will apply AI-enabled planning tools, digital twins, and analytics to improve forecast accuracy, reduce risk, and accelerate

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Biopharma, Medical Devices / Med Tech, CDMO/CMO, or Life Sciences sectors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsabilités

Lead IBP/S&OP cycles with demand, supply, and executive reviews.
Design governance frameworks and operating models for life sciences planning.
Apply AI-enabled planning tools and digital analytics to modernize operations.
Coordinate with client leadership across commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.
Provide data-driven insights for senior leadership to optimize supply chain network.
