Job summary

Accenture is seeking a life sciences strategy and transformation leader to drive end-to-end PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceutical, biotech and MedTech clients. The role involves shaping strategy, leading global teams, and delivering AI-enabled transformations to boost growth and resilience.

You will engage senior client stakeholders, manage cross-functional delivery, and drive the adoption of data-driven approaches and digital capabilities across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and technology advisory solutions across value chain and modalities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a management consulting or strategy consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with focus on PLM and digital CMC.
• Support sales and delivery of business and technology transformations with deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, AI-enabled transformation.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond.
• Manage business development opportunities end-to-end to bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Build and apply technical and industry knowledge to support selling opportunities to clients.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI and setting strategy.
