Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences supply chain planning and integrated planning initiatives.
Experience leading IBP/S&OP cycles with cross-functional inputs across commercial, clinical, regulatory, and operations.
Proven ability to design governance frameworks and operating models for complex biopharma/med tech environments.

Responsibilities

Design IBP/S&OP frameworks tailored to life sciences, considering regulatory release cycles and CMO/CDMO networks.
Lead end-to-end IBP cycle including demand review, supply review, and executive S&OP.
Develop demand and supply planning processes accounting for LOE, batch yield variability, QA release buffers, and lead times.
