Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to lead Planning transformation work within the Life Sciences practice. This role partners with C-suite and operations leaders to plan and manage operations using AI-powered insights.

You will shape, sell, and deliver large-scale programs across Planning, IBP/S&OP, and inventory optimization, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and digital manufacturing to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of executive leadership experience delivering planning transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Experience with planning technology solutions and cross-functional implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning transformation programs for Life Sciences clients.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with C-suite and operations leaders.
• Drive origination, sales support, and delivery across multi-partner engagements.
• Synthesize complex client needs into clear, strategic roadmaps and outcomes.
• Coach and grow planning transformation teams while ensuring delivery excellence.
