• 3+ years managing team performance to exceed client expectations.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from cultivation to completion and manage work plans and budgets.
• Coach staff consultants and oversee career development within the project team.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors on progress and sales initiatives.
• Travel to client sites up to 30% depending on project needs.
