Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice helps pharma, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic companies tackle today’s challenges while anticipating tomorrow’s. Associate Directors manage projects end-to-end, lead teams, develop plans, staffing, budgets, and client relationships, and contribute to sales and practice development.

Requires BA/BS in a relevant field, 8+ years in life sciences strategy consulting, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 8+ total years of relevant life science industry and strategy consulting experience.
• Must have subject matter expertise in life sciences: product planning, market access, pricing & reimbursement, product commercialization, franchise and business unit strategy, regulatory & compliance.
• 3+ years leading project engagements with planning, scoping, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage day-to-day client relationships; develop work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets.
• Guide, coach and develop staff consultants; provide constructive feedback on project participation and career growth.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors; participate in sales initiatives and practice development.
