You will develop work plans, manage budgets, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Directors to advance business development. Travel up to 25% supports project needs while delivering high-quality, client-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or work experience in Patient Services and related functions.
• Must be willing and able to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets.
• Coach Consultants and Senior Consultants, providing feedback on project participation and career development.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors to report progress and developments.
• Support sales initiatives and practice development.
