Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior leader to drive growth and client relationships within its Patient Services practice, delivering design, implementation, and monitoring solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. The role focuses on expanding business with key buyers and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs and regulatory issues.
• Ability to work independently with oversight and manage workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) to guide client decisions.
• Proven revenue generation with existing clients and account growth.
• Experience managing projects to timeline, scope and budget across teams.
• Willing to travel to client sites across the US up to 33%.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships and set expectations.
• Act as trusted advisor and contribute to key client business development strategy.
• Identify and evaluate risks for Guidehouse and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and durations, ensuring quality and value.
