As an Associate Director, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and drive plans, staffing, budgets and timelines, while mentoring staff and supporting sales and practice development. Travel averages 30%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of life science industry and strategy consulting experience.
• Subject matter expertise in product planning, market access, pricing & reimbursement, regulatory & compliance.
• 3+ years leading project engagements with planning, scoping, budget development, and resource allocation.
• 3+ years managing team performance to meet project goals and client expectations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 30%.
• Authorized/eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from cultivation to completion and manage client relationships.
• Develop and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets; monitor progress.
• Coach staff consultants and lead team meetings; provide career development feedback.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors; support sales initiatives and practice development.
