Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant work or consulting experience with pharma/biotech clients.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Subject matter expertise in Oncology, Data Analytics, Global Market Access and/or Commercial Strategy.
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) to guide decision-making.
• Ability to work independently with leadership oversight and manage workstreams.
• Must be willing to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20%.

Responsibilities
