Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in life science consulting.
• Learning mindset and passion for learning.
• Strong research and analytical skills; able to conceptualize analysis into processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key member of project teams conducting primary and secondary research and generating insights.
• Support the structure and development of client deliverables in PowerPoint/Excel.
• Attend client meetings and present key elements where applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and transform insights into recommendations.
• Interview clients' customers, competitors, and suppliers for strategic input.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in daily work.
