Job summary

EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING seeks motivated MBA or PhD students for a 10-week internship starting in June 2027. Interns are staffed like Associates on project teams, partnering with teams to address strategic questions in biopharmaceuticals and healthcare. Mentorship and hands-on exposure help develop life sciences consulting expertise.

Interns contribute to targeted research, develop client deliverables, and gain experience across major consulting workstreams within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Motivated individuals enrolled in a full-time MBA or PhD program with an interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support targeted secondary research and primary research (interviews with key opinion leaders/insurance payers).
• Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client communications and deliverables (PowerPoint slides, Excel models).
• Communicate verbal and written information in a logical, clear, and concise fashion.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure.
• Support the development of a high-performance culture.
