Position Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Aftermarket Sales and Service Manager to help grow our parts and service business. You’ll lead efforts to boost sales of replacement parts, service agreements, system upgrades, and maintenance services—especially in the Life Sciences, Food & Beverage and Industrial markets. This role is key to building strong customer relationships and increasing recurring revenue, all while promoting a customer-first, team-oriented culture.

Location: Remote, but ideally located within a 4-hour drive of the Madison, WI area.

We need someone who can...

  • Grow Sales: Develop and execute strategies to sell aftermarket parts, upgrades, and service contracts.
  • Engage Customers: Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new service opportunities.
  • Expand Revenue: Promote preventative maintenance programs, warranty extensions, and custom upgrade solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with service, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and value-added offerings.
  • Track Performance: Use CRM tools to monitor customer interactions and sales metrics. Share market and customer feedback to support ongoing improvement.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to adjust strategy and spot new revenue opportunities.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Aftermarket Sales and Service, preferably in industrial equipment or engineered systems.
  • Proven success selling service contracts, spare parts, and system upgrades for Capital Equipment.
  • Experience with channel management, including eCommerce.
  • Strong technical sales acumen, a customer service mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with stainless steel process equipment
  • Comfortable using data, CRM systems, and analytics for decision-making.
  • Background in mechanical/process engineering or industrial automation.
  • Experience working with FDA, USDA, or cGMP regulations in Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, or Chemical industries.
  • Understanding of Capital Equipment life cycles and long-term service planning.
