Goodwill TalentBridge, a regional staffing agency, serving Southeastern WI & Greater Chicago market, is seeking a strategic goal oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. Candidates will be based in SE Wisconsin remotely and will travel to client locations and networking events throughout Southeastern WI and occasionally the Greater Chicago area.
The Sr. Business Development Manager will develop key business partnerships with a variety of businesses and industries selling various staffing options and services. The Sr. BDM will implement effective sales strategies and will carry out sales activities to ensure financial success for the organization. This role will execute new business through prospecting, networking, and account management activities, including pricing and negotiating contacts. In addition, you will apply your expertise in to support the development of policies, procedures, programs and the budget process.
Key Duties:
• Call on prospective customers to understand their talent acquisition strategy and needs
• Develop and sell customer solutions based on their staffing/recruiting needs
• Close sales and expands relationships, resulting in increased revenue, gross margin, and placements
• Maintain documentation within company CRM, adhering to established documentation guidelines
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships with new and current customers and develops key strategic partnerships to include regular interface with C-level executives and high-level key decision makers
• Client discovery conversations and delivery of customer focused solutions
• Analyzes customer and industry/market trends and competitor activity and adjusts sales strategies accordingly
• Drives the RFP process with timely quoting and the delivery of effective presentations, including coordination of the proposed service/work plan and closing the sale
• Represents the company in various civic and community functions to further enhance its image and develop additional business
• Responsible for completing other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Associate degree or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 7 years' experience.
• Experience in sales or marketing, or related experiences.
• High-functionality knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include calendaring and scheduling.
• Performs work under minimal supervision.
• Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter, including the labor market, staffing industry and workforce development environment.
