Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to bridge client, clinical, engineering, product, and customer success teams and drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of enterprise solutions for Life Science and Med Tech customers.

This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business outcomes while nurturing long‑term customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare or related fields.
5+ years of experience managing customer delivery, software implementations, professional services, or complex technology programs in life sciences/healthcare.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC, and technical implementation best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for life sciences and med tech customers.
Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and manage cross-functional teams.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while delivering high-quality, compliant results.
Communicate project status and value delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
