Job summary

Genesee Scientific Corporation is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive account growth and re-engage inactive customers from Raleigh, NC. You will own an assigned book, perform outbound outreach, and schedule meetings for Account Managers.

You will document activities in Salesforce and help educate customers on Genesee’s products and promotions. The role targets 85 daily activities, 20 meetings monthly, and 17 quoted meetings monthly, with base salary of $56,000 plus commissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in sales, account support, customer development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with outbound calling ability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned book of existing and inactive customer accounts.
• Engage prospects and customers via outbound calls and emails to schedule meetings.
• Re-engage dormant accounts to restore and grow spend.
• Meet weekly/monthly activity targets and document in Salesforce.
• Educate customers on Genesee's products, services, and value proposition.
