Genesee Scientific Corporation, a life science supplier, is seeking an Account Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will drive sales in an assigned territory, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to growth and profitability while meeting forecasts.

As part of a fast-growing team, you will conduct virtual demos using Zoom/Teams, manage pricing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions meeting customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years sales or research laboratory industry, or lab experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven ability to effectively deliver sales and marketing information.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with comfort conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations via video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams with working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data management and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of territory to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Manage pricing in territory to achieve financial targets.
• Independently make decisions while leveraging available resources to fulfill customer needs and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Monitor competitor and industry activity and stay updated on new products/services for the business plan.
• Maintain detailed activity logging in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
