• Own and manage an assigned book of existing and inactive customer accounts.
• Proactively engage prospects and customers to qualify and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and identify opportunities to grow spend.
• Meet weekly/monthly activity targets and document in Salesforce.
• Schedule qualified meetings and complete pre-meeting briefs with needed details.
• Educate customers on Genesee's products and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure a seamless experience.
