Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead functional design for a defined workstream within a broader Salesforce Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of analysts and configurators through delivery.

You will collaborate with client owners and product owners, align with architecture leadership, and coach junior teammates while shaping scalable, compliant solutions for

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience in functional design or solution consulting.
• Experience delivering Salesforce Life Sciences solutions for regulated industries.
• Experience with Life Sciences Patient services and Life Sciences Cloud concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for a Salesforce Life Sciences workstream.
• Lead design workshops with client stakeholders and translate outcomes into user stories.
• Configure and demonstrate Life Sciences capabilities; build prototypes for validation.
• Make day-to-day design decisions and document trade-offs for governance.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure buildable designs and support planning.
• Coach functional analysts and offshore team members; ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Support testing, data migration, training and post-go-live adoption.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable accelerators for the Life Sciences practice.
• Identify design, scope and delivery risks and work with leadership on mitigation.
• Travel may be required (25%–100% depending on client needs).
