Job summary
ZS Associates is seeking a Business Technoogy Associate Consultant to join the Digital Products & Solutions Practice in the United States. You will translate life sciences business needs into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud designs, run workshops, and document processes for implementation.
You will design data models, integrate with ERP/MDM systems, and support migrations and capability mapping for Veeva to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant consulting experience, including hands-on Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
- Exposure to Veeva CRM or Vault CRM and migration considerations is strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification expected; Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Data Cloud/Agentforce credentials are strongly preferred.
- Experience with healthcare/pharma/life sciences sector is preferred.
- Fluency in English and a client-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud designs.
- Lead requirement workshops and document as-is/to-be processes and user stories.
- Design data model and configuration across life sciences objects.
- Shape integrations with data ecosystem (MDM, ERP, analytics).
- Support CRM migrations and capability mapping for Veeva to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
