Accenture's Salesforce Life Sciences Practice seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to own the end-to-end design of a workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of functional analysts and configurators toward delivery.

You will collaborate with client business and product owners, partner with technical leads, contribute to architecture governance, and support

Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce experience in a functional design, business analysis or solution consulting role.
3+ years delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences or another regulated industry.
1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

Own the functional solution design for an assigned workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program.
Lead design workshops with client business and product owners and translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and build prototypes.
Support estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming and defect triage.
Guide and review the work of analysts and offshore team members, ensuring quality.
