Job summary
Accenture's Salesforce Life Sciences group is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead functional design within a broader program, translating business processes into platform solutions and guiding a team of analysts.
You will work with client owners, perform workshops, and partner with technical leads to deliver scalable solutions, with travel 25% to 100% depending on project needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience in functional design or solution consulting.
- Experience delivering Salesforce Life Sciences solutions for regulated industries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if no degree, 12 years of work experience.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the functional solution design for an assigned Salesforce Life Sciences workstream, within the overall architecture direction.
- Lead design workshops with client business and product owners, translating outcomes into user stories and specs.
- Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities; build prototypes and run walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Make day-to-day design decisions within your domain, document trade-offs, and escalate cross-workstream decisions.
- Coach and review the work of functional analysts and offshore team members, ensuring deliverable quality.
- Support testing, data migration, training and deployment activities for your workstream; drive user adoption post go-live.
- Contribute to proposals, demonstrations and estimates during pursuits, creating reusable assets for the Life Sciences practice.
