Boston Scientific seeks an experienced Sales Operations professional to join the APAC core team and harmonize processes across countries and BUs. You will map sales operations processes, support change management, and lead training for the assigned regions.
In this hybrid role, 10+ years of experience, exceptional communication, high EQ, and ability to navigate a matrix organization are required; travel to various sites may be necessary.

Be part of the APAC core team for Sales Operations harmonization project; to map the process of sales operations in each country and BU for the assigned countries &/or areas.
Support the APAC Senior Sales Operations Manager in building up processes and tools for change management.
Lead all sales operations related process training for the assigned countries and/or areas.
Support the APAC Senior Sales Operations Manager in strategic projects, providing requirements, information on sales processes and practices, conducting impact analysis, sharing pain points/opportunities and other responsibilities as they arise from such programs for the assigned countries and/or areas.
Collaborate with commercial and functional teams to implement Commercial Excellence programs to drive competitive advantage and program management mechanisms/dashboards to track implementation and progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Scope of processes for Sales Operations may include:
Work with the country teams to identify and map core processes of sales, sales operations (including interfaces with customer care, marketing, finance, and others) for the assigned countries and/or areas.
Prioritize the mapping of sales operations processes for the countries and/or areas assigned; standardize sales operations processes within the assigned country/areas, using APAC processes as the benchmark.
Set up project framework and provide guidance to the project managers as and when necessary on managing the project.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).
