• Senior Consultants / Principals / Directors

You must have experience across the life sciences for a minimum of 3 years doing full 360 recruitment.

As a successful recruiter you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like within the life science industry. We need a strong track-record of making successful relationships, networking and confidence winning business to build strong relationships.

Work arrangement – 4 x a week in the office

Salary – $55k - $130k base (dependent on calibre, approach and experience level) + wealth of benefits, WFH Hybrid, strong commission, ongoing mentorship and a positive, diverse and inclusive culture.
