Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager I to lead site-wide quality systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive customer quality initiatives within the Life Sciences operations.

You will hire and develop quality professionals, oversee CAPA, audits, change control, and training, collaborating with continuous improvement teams to deliver compliant, high‑performing processes that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required.
• Certification related to quality control, preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a regulated environment OR ISO 9001 compliant or certified, required.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system (control, audits, document control, SOPs).
• Oversee licenses, permits, and registrations process.
• Manage regulatory compliance (FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA) and report to executive management.
• Ensure systems/equipment are validated and change control is maintained.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates; monitor training for compliance.
• Collaborate with continuous improvement team on improvement activities/workshops.
• Review regulatory, customer, and 3rd party audits and identify trends in QA metrics.
• Primary customer contact for QA issues and initiatives; develop reports.
• Manage site suppliers and prepare/audit interactions; support business development at customer events.
