Job summary

Bespoke Pharmaceuticals LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Manager, Quality to lead the Quality Control Unit and oversee QA, quality systems, document control, and training governance. This is a full-time role reporting to Head of Quality or Director, Quality.

You will manage deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, inspections readiness, supplier quality, validation/CSV, data integrity, and product/material disposition, ensuring compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, pharmacy, engineering or related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant GMP experience may be considered.
• Current GMP/GDP/data-integrity training and role-specific qualification are required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review GMP records for compliance, traceability and completeness.
• Support/own deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, quality metrics and inspection readiness.
• Maintain procedures, specifications, records and quality-system interfaces.
• Apply independent quality judgment; escalate conflicts affecting product quality or patient safety.
• Oversee day-to-day process execution, work assignment, and first-line supervision; ensure qualified personnel.
• Maintain procedures, metrics, training plans, risk registers and resource forecasts.
• Review quality and trends; lead corrective actions and escalate systemic risk.
• Develop Associates/Senior Associates; ensure appropriate advancement based on merit.
• Represent the function in cross-functional meetings, inspections and projects.
• Exercise only documented QCU approvals/delegations with current qualifications.
