Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for the Life Sciences team to lead site-wide quality systems, regulatory compliance, customer quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. The role oversees QA activities across the site and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

The position requires 3+ years in a regulated environment, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent (4 years)
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant
• 1+ years supervisory/management experience
• Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or 3PL experience
• Knowledge of FDA, GxP, ATF, DEA regulations
• Training/people development and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system (MIR, CAPA, audits, docs, SOPs)
• Manage licenses, permits and registrations
• Ensure regulatory compliance against cGxP and customer requirements; report to execs
• Validate systems/equipment and maintain change control
• Hire, train and develop quality staff
• Monitor training to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with CI team on improvement projects
• Lead audits and review regulatory/customer findings
• Provide regular QA reports to management
• Serve as primary QA contact for customer initiatives
• Support business development and represent DHL at events
