Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding seeks a National Quality Manager to lead the Life Sciences and Healthcare QMS across U.S. operations. You will ensure GxP compliance and regulatory alignment, acting as the quality interface with HQ, regulators, and clients in pharma, biotech, and medical devices.

Responsibilities include managing audits, CAPA, change control, and training programs, while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of QA in GxP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or healthcare logistics).
• Deep understanding of GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and related frameworks.
• Proven audit management, QMS implementation and CAPA experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the local GxP-compliant QMS aligned with regulatory standards.
• Ensure GDP compliance across transportation, warehousing, and handling.
• Lead audits, regulatory inspections, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor CAPA, deviations, change control, and risk assessments.
• Conduct site inspections and quality reviews across branches.
• Develop and deliver GxP training for teams.
• Serve as primary contact for pharma/healthcare customers on quality topics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Warehouse to support onboarding and SOPs.
• Support tenders and RFPs with quality inputs and certifications.
