Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned client accounts and ensure the delivery of study activities on time, within budget, and to quality objectives. You will be the primary link between clients and laboratory operations, translating scientific details into actionable plans for project teams while managing stakeholder expectations.

This full-time role is based in Portage, MI, with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in science (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry) preferred
• Business minor or MBA preferred
• Minimum 3 years of project management or customer service experience in a scientific field
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver assigned projects for key client accounts
• Serve as the main communication link between the client and laboratory operations
• Interpret and communicate technical information to project teams while managing stakeholder requirements
• Coordinate study activities with lab operations to plan, initiate, monitor and control
• Ensure timelines, budgets and quality objectives are met
• Create and maintain project tracking tools and document outcomes
• Organize client visits and audits; present at client meetings as needed
• Support sales in bids and onboarding opportunities with Business Development
