Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to manage trackers and KPI reporting for life-cycle projects. You will forecast stability/establishment work, assemble client invoice data, and support cost-efficiency initiatives across multiple projects.

The role requires a BSc in a science field, experience in FDA-regulated biotech/pharma settings, and strong Excel/MS Project skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences, or any other applied science.
• Experience in an FDA regulated Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in an FTE team or good understanding of FTE team required.
• Technical expertise in (Bio)Pharmaceutical Product testing preferred.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and Project Management Methodology knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Windows-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracker for all ongoing work (method establishment and routine/stability testing).
• Provide Departments with forecasting information for stability and establishment work.
• Create invoice data packages to track month-by-month spend per product and client costs.
• Develop and refine KPIs and metrics for quality, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain and re-evaluate tools/trackers to capture data and KPIs.
• Generate client reports summarizing metrics and insights for each project.
