Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of laboratory experience.
• Candidates with leadership experience are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations to meet goals and budgets.
• Provide direct leadership, supervision, and performance management for staff.
• Lead coaching, training, and professional development of the team.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and responsive service.
• Maintain QA program and document laboratory deviations.
