Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Project Manager responsible for effectively communicating with clients and coordinating with Operations to drive projects. Training will be provided and prior PM experience is encouraged to apply.

The role focuses on managing multiple client projects, defining scope, preparing quotes, monitoring study design in eLIMS-BPT, and ensuring timely delivery, accuracy of invoices, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related science field with 4+ years project management and lab experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience managing projects and laboratory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as primary client contact and manage project communications.
• Define project scope with clients and assist in quotes and proposals.
• Provide project oversight and ensure client expectations are met.
• Monitor study design setup and ensure accurate quote reflection.
• Manage multiple clients and track milestones and deliverables.
• Escalate risks and ensure on-time study prerequisites.
