MPI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM) to support a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects across Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts, with emphasis on life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors. The role is based in Hopkinton, MA, requiring hands-on coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
• Track project progression, costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Support project planning and execution across multiple active job sites.
• Participate in client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project delivery standards.
• Utilize project management software to maintain accurate project records and reporting.
