MPI is seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager - Life Sciences for the Greater Boston area. The role oversees 2–5 active life sciences projects, coordinating scheduling, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Superintendent or Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Experience supporting laboratory, life science, biotech, pharmaceutical, or similar technical projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, especially mechanical, piping and plumbing scopes.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Greater Boston area.
• Commutable to North Central Massachusetts.

• Partner with operations leadership to drive successful project execution.
