Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant industry experience in OPM or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, MCPPO are a plus.
• Based in or willing to work primarily in the Greater Boston/Cambridge, MA area.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex capital projects from planning/design through construction and closeout.
• Represent ownership with architects, engineers, and general contractors, including budget oversight, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across life science, corporate interiors, higher education, and mission-critical facilities.
• Provide strong client-facing communication and adapt to different organizational cultures.
