Turner & Townsend in Philadelphia is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost management, scheduling, and reporting on large life sciences capital projects. You will drive IMS alignment, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights to project teams.

This role requires strong English communication, advanced Excel, and experience with P6 or similar scheduling tools, plus willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale capital projects.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Full passport with no geographic limitation.

Responsabilités

• Monitor monthly project controls and data accuracy.
• Report milestones, earned value data, and % complete.
• Update forecast and schedule after progress discussions.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
• Maintain schedule integrity with project managers and contractors.
• Produce monthly management reports.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where required.
