Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an ambitious Project Controls Manager to join our Life Sciences team. The role centers on leading project controls, cost management and scheduling for large-scale capital programs, including pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and labs.

The successful candidate will drive schedule performance, produce monthly reports, manage IMS and support delivery from planning through commissioning and closeout. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and procurement.
• Advanced Excel and data presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience with cost control, scheduling and reporting.
• SOX control awareness may apply.

Responsabilités

• Progress project monthly reporting and data accuracy per cycle.
• Report milestones, earned value and % complete with commentary.
• Attend status meetings and refresh forecasts and schedules.
• Summarize performance metrics and advise teams on controls issues.
• Maintain Project IMS baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants as needed.
• Produce monthly management reports.
• Ensure timely data is incorporated in schedules.
