Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a Life Sciences client based in Spring House, PA. This is an on-site role within the Project Management function, handling projects from initiation through completion.

You will develop capital plans, manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with the client site lead and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital plans for Facilities projects and manage portfolio execution.
• Lead client site interactions for scope, budget, schedule, and milestones.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely project documentation.
• Mentor the project delivery team to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to deliver innovative solutions.
• Share knowledge and lead by example within the function.
