You will produce formal status reports, monitor multiple projects, and provide cost control and constructability guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains.
• Track milestones and avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure project governance, processes, and systems are used.
• Produce formal project status reports and regular communications.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide cost control and value engineering guidance.
