You will drive program execution, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while upholding exceptional client service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or life sciences.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain and update programs; ensure tasks meet timelines.
• Monitor funding for VPC accounts and review claims daily.
• Update trackers and SNOW tickets; audit-ready documentation.
• Escalation ticket approvals and cross-team coordination.
• Lead weekly client meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Manage weekly reporting and insights tracker; report to leadership.
• Review core program metrics; identify anomalies and trends.
• Oversee HUB partnerships; track metric impact and updates.
• Oversee invoicing monthly; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare accruals; conduct quarterly KPI audits.
