Job summary

Valeris is hiring a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands. You will interact with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

PMs develop deep therapeutic expertise, guide strategic decisions, and leverage KPI data to provide insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client account meetings and manage program execution.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPI performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Prepare quarterly reports and client dashboards.
• Ensure timely invoicing and SOW/contract alignment.
