Qualified Health PBC in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Life Sciences, accountable to customers for delivering commitments. You will define scope, build and track delivery plans, and serve as the single source of truth for leadership and clients across pharma, clinical, data, product, and engineering teams.

The role evolves into leadership, with responsibilities to build the Life Sciences PMO, hire a team, and lead operations as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs end to end at a senior level.
• Experience in an external customer-facing role, including executive-level updates and steering committee check-ins.
• Track record of working across clinical, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver on commitments.
• Proficiency with project and task management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar).
• An undergraduate degree.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage contractual scope for Life Sciences programs, ensuring alignment with customer commitments as work evolves.
• Build and track delivery plans across clinical, product, data, engineering, AI transformation, and health system IT teams.
• Surface risks and blockers early and bring in the right leaders to resolve them.
• Reset plans and conversations with the customer when delivery drifts.
• Provide leadership with a single, clear view of progress (green/yellow/red) and updated status with AI-assisted reporting.
• Maintain external communications with pharma stakeholders through regular check-ins (3–4 months) with honest updates.
• Help build the Life Sciences PMO, establishing operating rhythm, templates, and reporting; lead it as the function scales.
