Qualified Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Life Sciences, to own end‑to‑end delivery across clinical, product, data, and engineering teams. You will create delivery plans, manage scope with pharma customers, and drive risk mitigation while building a Life Sciences PMO as the business scales.
You will work remotely within the United States, collaborating with executive sponsors and health system stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and value is delivered.
Location: United States - Remote; HQ
Employment Type: Full time

Qualified Health's Life Sciences business is growing quickly, with work across several leading pharmaceutical organizations. Each organization has multiple brand teams with different objectives and leaders, and delivery runs from the pharma customer through our clinical, product, data, and engineering teams to health system IT and the care pathway workflows we deploy, often across more than one health system per program.
As Senior Program Manager, Life Sciences, you will be accountable to our customers for what we have committed to deliver. You will be the single source of truth for leadership and customers: defining and managing contractual scope, building and tracking delivery plans, knowing where every program stands, calling out problems before they become crises, and telling people early who needs to step in. The role is hands‑on today and grows into leadership: you will build the PMO for Life Sciences and, as the business grows, hire and lead a team.
