Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned professional for the Life Sciences practice to lead pricing and access engagements for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices. You will work with senior staff to develop proposals, manage consulting teams, and maintain client relationships.

This role requires strong market research, quantitative analysis, and executive communication skills, with a track record of delivering actionable recommendations and training junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in client management and content delivery roles.
• Experience developing, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement pricing and access strategies for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients.
• Develop project proposals, manage consulting teams, and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects and communicate client deliverables to senior staff.
• Design and manage project teams for market access and pricing projects.
• Lead primary interviews with payers and KOLs and build financial models in Excel.
• Present actionable insights to executive-level audiences and mentor junior staff.
